This Bye Bye Standby Energy Saving Kit consists of a remote control that controls numerous smart sockets (three provided in kit) remotely using wireless technology. Power to each of the sockets can be cut at the push of a button making it easy to turn electrical goods off standby when you go out or go to bed.

The three sockets can control upto 4 devices each when plugged into 4 way extension blocks and further sockets, remote controls and switches can be purchased seperately and added to your system to suit you individual needs.

How to use

Simply plug a Smart Socket into a mains wall socket and plug an electrical appliance into it. With the choice of a Bye Bye Standby remote control (or simple switch depending on model) you can now switch your appliances on and off wirelessly from up to 30m away and by doing so you can avoid leaving them on standby. It will even work through walls and ceilings.

Just one touch of the relevant button on your remote control will cut the power to specific sections of your house or your entire home...you choose!

Indoor use only. Not for use with any electrical appliance containing a heating element, such as an electric fire. In this instance a heavy duty Bye Bye Standby socket should be used (available seperately - contact us for details).
