How does the Eco Kettle work?

The Eco Kettle has two chambers : a central one which you can fill to the top, and an outer boil chamber that it feeds into. By depressing the knob on the lid, you dispense the water from the reservoir into the boil chamber in a controlled and easy manner. You can set exactly the right amount of water for however many cups of water you want - from one cup up to full capacity.
