Wind up Radio

The Ranger will play for approximately 35 minutes at normal volume per 30 second wind. An LED charge level indicator helps you to wind at the optimum speed.

Solar Powered Radio 

In direct sunlight the Ranger will charge itself and play continuously without winding. If the solar contribution is sufficent, the battery will also be recharged while playing. The solar panel can be used solely as a charging facility while the radio is switched off by exposing the panel to direct sunlight. The internal Ni-MH battery can be fully charged from the solar panel or the AC/DC adapter. When fully charged the Ranger will give 25 hours of operation at normal volume. Includes earphone socket and mains charger
