Returns

If an item is faulty, or you are unhappy with it in any way, you may need to return it to us.

Please Contact Us

Please contact us as soon as possible by phone or e-mail so that we can help you with any problem and decide on the best course of action. Please provide as much information as possible – e.g. date of order, invoice number, type of fault etc.

It is very important to us that you are happy with any product you buy from Ecofreak and in most cases we can arrange for a replacement or full refund.

If a return is necessary, we will advise you of the best method (usually via 2nd class recorded post – but occasionally by courier for larger items) and reimburse you for any delivery charges incurred.
