DeliveryCHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR DELIVERIES Christmas shopping can be a stressful process - and in the run up to the big day, time seems to go twice as fast as normal. The good news is that we can deliver right up until Friday 23rd December! We will be despatching goods daily up until and including Wednesday 21st December, however, our Standard and Express delivery services are subject to the cut off dates below and cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas - to avoid disappointment please order as early as possible or consider using our UK Next Day service - thank you. UK STANDARD DELIVERY FOR CHRISTMAS Orders to be received by : 3pm on Friday 16th December. The majority of our UK Standard Delivery parcels are sent by Royal Mail Recorded 2nd Class post so please be aware that we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas with this service. To avoid disappointment please order as early as possible or consider using our Express or UK Next Day services. UK EXPRESS DELIVERY FOR CHRISTMAS Orders to be received by : 3pm on Tuesday 20th December. The majority of our UK Express Delivery parcels are sent by Royal Mail Recorded 1st Class post so please be aware that although most 1st Class parcels arrive next wroking day, we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas with this service. To avoid disappointment please order as early as possible or consider using our UK Next Day service.
UK NEXT WORKING DAY CHRISTMAS DELIVERY Orders to be received by : 12 Noon on Wednesday 21st December If you miss our Standard and Express delivery deadlines, or want to be sure you have your order by Christmas, please choose UK Next Working Day delivery at checkout. Most of our next day deliveries are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery and guarantee delivery next working day up to and including Christmas Eve. Very very last minute delivery?... if you miss the deadlines above we may be able to organise ultra last minute deliveries for you over the phone - give us a call we may be able to help!

NORMAL DELIVERY INFORMATION :
DELIVERY INFORMATION Unfortunately we have to charge for delivery! Rather than inflating product prices and offering "free delivery" we think it is clearer and fairer to offer competitive product prices and charge for delivery at what it costs us. To give you the best deal, we always aim to keep our delivery charges as low as possible. We show the cost of standard UK delivery of one unit on every product page and always show you the full cost of delivery in your "shopping basket" before you make payment. Most orders received by 3pm Monday to Friday are despatched on the same day. Royal Mail collect our parcels from us every working week day afternoon and we use couriers as necessary. We aim to despatch all orders by the end of the following working day at the latest. Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will be despatched on the following Monday (unless it is a Bank Holiday). We do not normally despatch on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays. If your delivery is likely to be delayed for any reason we will contact you to confirm exactly when we expect it to be despatched, at which point you will have the option to cancel the order if you prefer.
DELIVERY OPTIONS You can choose your delivery option at checkout*. Your choices are as follows :
If you require delivery to Europe or Rest of World you will only be able to make online payment via PayPal. * Not all delivery options are available for all products. Some products are only available via our Standard Delivery or UK delivery services. If one of these products is in your basket other delivery options will not be made available at checkout.
UK Standard Delivery We use a combination of Royal Mail and couriers depending on the size and type of parcel. Most orders are sent by Royal Mail 2nd class recorded mail and usually arrive 2 to 3 working days after you placed you order (although may occassionally take longer). UK Express Delivery If you need an item fast then select our UK Express service at checkout. In most cases your order will be despatched by a 1st Class Recorded Royal Mail service and be delivered next working day (not guaranteed).
