Unfortunately we have to charge for delivery! We try and keep the charge as low as possible and include it simply to cover our costs. We will always show you the cost of delivery before you proceed to Paypal so that you can see exactly what you will pay.

We aim to despatch all orders the following working day after receiving them. If your delivery is likely to be delayed for any reason we will contact you to confirm exactly when we expect it to be despatched, at which point you will have the option to cancel the order if you prefer.

Standard Delivery

We use a combination of Royal Mail and couriers depending on the size and type of parcel. Your order should arrive 3 to 5 working days after you placed you order.

You will need to indicate which delivery area you live in at the Checkout so that we can apply the correct delivery charge. Your choices are as follows:

Mainland UK - all areas of mainland UK not in either of the following 2 categories
UK Highlands and Islands - Scottish Highlands and all UK Islands
Northern Ireland - all areas of Northern Ireland

If your area is not included above, this is not a problem - we just require that you contact us so that we can let you know the exact cost of delivery to your destination before you order.

Express Delivery

If you need an item faster than our standard service we can arrange this for you. Please contact us before ordering and we will confirm availability of the service and how much it will cost. Express delivery is guaranteed to arrive faster than standard delivery and should be with you the next working day after we send it.

Delivery Address

In most cases you will have to sign for your delivery so please make sure someone is in at your specified delivery address. You can specify an alternative delivery address to your invoice address at the Paypal checkout. You may be able to collect undelivered Royal Mail parcels from your local depot, however, if goods are returned to us as “undeliverable” the cost of re-delivery will have to be charged.

Collection

You are welcome to collect your orders directly from us, however, if you wish to do this please contact us before ordering to arrange payment and a mutually convenient collection time.

Carbon emissions

You may be concerned that when buying one of our great eco products in attempt to do some good for the environment, that your good work is partially undone by the carbon emissions associated with the delivery of your product.

Worry no more! We are not carbon traders, however, we do plant 6 young native trees every year here in Leicestershire to help offset any carbon emissions associated with the delivery of our products both to and from our premises.

Packaging

We use recycled packaging wherever possible - don't be surpised if your order arrives protected by screwed up newspaper! Very often bubblewrap or boxes will have been used before and we suggest you re-use them as well, or pass them on to someone who can.
