Shopping at Ecofreak is easy!

You can shop online or place an order over the phone or via e-mail.

Browsing Our Products

Simply click on the category headings under ‘Ecofreak Products’ in the left hand column. Clicking on a category may reveal sub-categories or take you directly to products within that category.

Pictures and a brief description of each product will appear in the central area of the screen. For more information, click anywhere in the box surrounding the product you are interested in.

Alternatively, you can click on the ‘Search ecofreak’ box at the top of the left hand column and type in what you are looking for.

Making a Purchase - Basket

Click on the ‘Add to Basket’ button next to the product you require and it will be added to your ‘Shopping Basket’.

You can add as many items to your shopping basket as you like.

If you want change the quantity of an item, make the relevant change and then click 'Update Basket'. If you want to remove an item click on the little dustbin to the right of the product.

Choose your delivery option by clicking on the drop down box. You will be able to see the cost of delivery before you proceed to checkout. We alwas keep our delivery costs as low as possible.

Up until the point you make payment at the Checkout, you can change the contents of your shopping basket at any time.

You can see what’s in your basket by clicking on ‘View Basket’ at the top of the right hand column.

Making a Purchase - Checkout

When you are happy with the contents of your shopping basket click ‘Go to Checkout’.

Once you have checked your order details you can choose to 'Continue to Checkout' and pay securely with your card via our secure SagePay (formerly Protx) payment process. Your card details are securely handled by SagePay - we do not see or keep any record of your card details here at Ecofreak.

Alternatively, if you prefer to pay via PayPal click on the 'Continue to PayPal' button further down the page.

You will be taken to the PayPal site to complete your secure, online transaction. For security details click here.

You will be asked to enter relevant details for us to be able to process and deliver your order.

Once you have placed an order we will send you confirmation by e-mail. Your receipted VAT invoice will be sent out with your order.

Privacy

We do not disclose any information we may hold about our customers to any third parties, with the exception of passing delivery details onto our selected carrier to allow order fulfilment. Our delivery provider will not disclose any of your details to any other party.

The contact forms on this site do reveal to us your e-mail address and any other details you wish to pass on to us. We will keep this information secure and may use it for future correspondence.
