Dear Bill I am just writing to tell you how pleased I am with the solar fairy lights I received from you. Firstly, they arrived very quickly thank you. I put the lights out around lunch time the day I got them, which was quite cloudy and overcast. When it went dark the lights came on and lasted for hours. I am extremely pleased with the product. I have another set of lights I bought from someone else and they will only work if there has been full sunshine.

The solar pack is for a project in installing it into a Victorian street lantern, which will eventually be placed in the garden.

Dear Mr Musson, I just wanted to comment on your service and products as most people are more than happy to tell others about bad service, but rarely about good service. This is my second order with you. Really love how I can use my PayPal account to complete the payment transactions. wish more websites were like that. Received despatch email on Wednesday and parcel here on Thursday ! Considering I live in Northern Ireland, that's amazing. Ordered two solar lights for my new stables. solarmate point 5 for inside one stable and my old friend Evo 56 outside. We fitted an Evo 56 last year and it has been brilliant. We live on a farm and it can be very windy. The solar charger got blown over so it pointed straight upwards, but this did not diminish the light in the least. Will be getting another point 5 for the other stable at some time. I have recommended your site and the Evo 56 lights to some of my friends.

Dear Bill I enjoyed browsing around your website. I had decided to buy an energy monitor and had looked at the ones at Amazon and checked their customer reviews but your site impressed me and I ordered the more expensive of your two plug in monitors as I liked the customer review .

The cost of the postage and package is reasonable - if this is too large it can be a deterrent.

I don't mind giving you feedback as I own my own business too and know how important it is.
I found your site because I was looking for a wind up radio and thats what I shoved into google. Yours wasn't the first site I'd looked at I think it was 3rd or fourth but you were charging the same price for the radio as a couple of other sites but you were charging reasonable postage making you the cheapest overall.
Your website was also really user friendly and easy to negotiate and I have already recommended you to my parents who were after a similar product.

The Sunsei Solar Kit has worked very well. When the boat is moored, there are some safety devices which continue to be switched on and use battery power even when everything is apparently switched off (automatic bilge pumps, gas alarms, bilge alarms, &c...). I used to keep the boat plugged into a shoreline which powered a 3-stage battery charger which kept the deep cycle batteries fully charged..... I have now replaced the shoreline with the solar panel - and it works fine (at least for now given the longer days); the domestic batteries are maintained in a fully charged state, and the charge controller cycle seems to work fine. As the days draw in in the autumn, I may look to enhance the installation either by increasing the number of solar panels or by adding a wind turbine.

I'm sure you know how it is - before I've actually bought something from a company on the web, it's hard to tell whether they're a nice company or whether they just have a nice looking web site (anybody can pay for a nice looking web site).
